The Millennium Project
The Millennium Project is a global think tank founded in 1996 that connects international experts in corporations, universities, NGOs, UN agencies and governments via 35 Nodes around the world in a participatory process and that explores how to build a better future. One of these 35 Nodes is the Spanish one, coordinated by PROSPEKTIKER.
The Annual Meeting of Global Futures Think-Tank (The Millennium Project) was held last 6th, 7th and 8th July in Boston, where Millennium Project Planning Committee presented, among other results, the 14th 2010 State of the Future Report.
Main results of the meeting:
- Presentation of the "2010 State of the Future Report", during the World Future Society Conference, that was held along with the Committee's meeting the 9th and 10th July in Boston. Once again, this report has been the most sold during the Conference.
- The following initiatives have been discussed:
- State of the Future Index (SOFI).
- Climate Change Situation Room.
- Global Energy Network.
- Delphi Latin America 2030.
